Hi there! I’m Jill and I have a passion for using creativity to solve any problem. Collaboration is at the heart of powerful creative work which is why I bring a people-forward approach to every client. I have facilitated countless workshops focusing on the intersection of creative and strategy. I’m a certified Co-Creator through IBM Enterprise Design Thinking.
Before starting Demi and co., I was the creator and facilitator of workshops at a communications agency, leading teams and clients to focus on the intersection of creative and strategy.

Boleyn, Lead Model
Boleyn brings her own creative flair to the studio and makes frequent appearances on video calls. She’s skilled at providing inspiration to all and will forever vote in favor of our client’s preferences. When she’s not napping in the sun, her side hustle as a client merch model keeps her busy and entertained.
