Let’s make this relationship Facebook official. We offer two types of retainers, detailed below. They are designed to make sure you get the amount of attention you need. And the more we work together, the better we get to know your brand - allowing us to evolve your visual storylines. Each month we hold time for you to work on whatever you need creatively.

Keeping up with social media can feel like a full-time job. It’s not enough to be a business owner, now you also have to be a content creator, photographer and video editor. We can help you “feed the beast” so you can take one more thing off your to-do list - saving you time and effort in maintaining your online presence.

One-time profile audit: we’ll design your profile image and highlight icons to make sure the foundation of your profile is up to snuff.
One-time Canva toolkit: This will get set up at the beginning of the first month of engagement and we’ll update on a quarterly basis.
We’ll also keep an eye out for audio and other trends that are easy to self-create throughout the month, so don’t be surprised if we slide into your DMs from time to time.

Don’t have a designer in-house? Consider us an honorary part of your team. Whether it’s designing beautiful proposals or marketing materials for your company or working on creative campaigns for your clients, we are by your side. We’re happy to support you and interact with your team virtually or by visiting your office from time to time.

Facebook, Twitter and whoever else can join the party! A $25 fee is charged for each additional platform.

Heck yes! We’re familiar with operating within the email marketing platforms in SquareSpace and Mailchimp. Pricing will depend on complexity and frequency.

Yes. Additional content pieces, stories and reels can be added to a custom package.

Invoices are sent at the end of each month and you will have 30 days to pay.

Physical posting: We do not post any content and will not log in to your social media accounts. Prior to the start of each month, you’ll receive everything you need to make posting a breeze.
Captions: We will provide suggested captions in your content strategy. It’s the client’s responsibility to fill in any gaps.
If you need support in either or both of these areas, Demi can coordinate with our virtual assistant and copywriting partners.

Every month will be different. Part of a retainer is holding time for you so we’re always at your disposal.
We will always give you a heads-up when we approach a cap on our hours. If you want to proceed, we’ll track our time and bill you overage at our normal design rate.

Any travel expenses if you need us onsite for a project.
Production costs. Our fee only covers the design work, not the costs associated with printing (if applicable).
Creative fees. Think font licensing, stock photography or music. Any assets beyond our resources will be charged back to you. We will never purchase anything on your behalf without written approval.
