Workshops are both a moment in time and a commitment to how teams move forward. They are as much about outcomes as experience. We bust challenges wide open, while nurturing team growth. Each of our workshops is custom built from the ground up based on what’s right for your team and what will inspire progress. The visioning workshop

Whether working to define your purpose, mission, and vision, to crafting the values that are impactful to your day-to-day, this workshop is meant to align and inspire in order to set the stage for action.

The brand acceleration workshop

Even established brands can use a little TLC, especially when the organization has evolved or there’s a campaign or initiative on the horizon. This workshop is about definition, invigoration, and ultimately, action.

The goal-getter workshop

We provide the outside perspective you need for your internal strategy development and goal setting. Through engaging sessions with your team, we serve as facilitator and change agent to bring the team together to move forward.

Teams are as unique as the people who serve on them. We harness the power you already have in your organization to help teams grow together. Through dynamic activities, we celebrate individuality while building connections.

Trust the process

We work to understand what your challenges are, then build a custom workshop to meet your needs.

  • Reach out to us with a little information on your project. We’ll set up a quick video call to get to know each other and talk about your needs. We’ll create a custom proposal for you to review and decide if we’re the right fit.

  • Once you sign off on the proposal, we’ll set you up with your contract and deposit.

  • First, we build out custom exercises that will achieve our goals.

    We’ll plan around participants, locations and even personalities.

    Once the workshop is fully formed, we’ll schedule time for each session to happen.

    Depending on the project, custom workbooks, care packages, and additional tools may be added.

  • We facilitate a conversation that pulls on threads that lead us to information to incite change. Depending on the workshop, we may meet for a half day, a full day or for a couple of hours over multiple days.

  • We head into our hole and analyze everything we heard and saw. We’ll distill all the information into a report or deck that details all of the action items for progress.

  • Before we say au revoir, we’ll send your final invoice and answer any remaining questions. Don’t forget, we’re never far away.

She also tells stories, bringing voices and perspectives to light in authentic and insightful ways.  Amanda’s skills include writing, editing, interviews, stakeholder engagement, creative direction, brand strategy, workshop design and facilitation, and communications consulting. 

Hit me with your questions

  • While we do have experience facilitating virtual workshops, we don’t recommend it. The best results are gained from brainstorming together, in person. If there’s a reason you want to meet virtually, we’ll work with you!

  • Because our workshops are custom-built based on your need, the format can vary. At a minimum, plan to spend two hours. A more in-depth half-day or multi-day workshop may be recommended. We always build in time for breaks to avoid burnout and get the most out of our participants.

  • Maybe. Depending on the type of workshop you need, it’s completely possible for us to facilitate a conversation with just you. Other problems need many brains - whether it comes from your team, your customers or even a complete outsider. Diverse perspectives are at the heart of this process.

  • Payments are broken out into thirds. We require a contract and a deposit before any planning starts. Depending on the number of sessions required, the next payment will be due upon a large milestone. The final payment will be invoiced when the project is completed.
